バックパックを購入しましたが、
記載されているサイズより奥行きが10cm以上小さいです。
また写真にはイヤホンホールがありますが、実際はありませんでした。

商品の返品をしたいのですが、商品は日本にありますので、
海外顧客用のリターンラベルを発行していただくことは可能でしょうか？

返送はEMSという日本郵便の国際郵便で返送します。
返送料は一旦私が立て替えます。
発送後にレシートをメールで送りますので、
後日送料の返金をお願いします。

I purchased a backpack, however the depth of the item is more than 10 cm shorter than the depth that was listed.
Also on the product picture I could see there are earphone halls, but there was none on it.

I would like to return the merchandise, but since it is currently in Japan, would it be possible for you to issue a return shipping label for overseas customer?

Concerning the item return, I am going to ship it with Japan Post's international mail service called EMS.
I can take care of the return shipping fee temporarily.
I will send you the copy of the receipt after return shipping via e-mail, so please settle the refund of the shipping fee as a latter event.
