AとＢの商品をそれぞれ４つずつ注文したところ、それぞれ１つずつしか届かなかったので、それぞれ３つずつ再発送を依頼していました。本日その再発送分が届いたのですが、結局またそれぞれ１つずつしか届きませんでした。もう一度ＡとＢそれぞれ２つずつ再発送をお願いします。発送元が他の商品と違うようですがそれが原因でこのような間違いが何度も起こるのでしょうか？次回は間違いのないように必ずＡとＢの商品をそれぞれあと２つずつ発送してください。
