今年の初旬に彼が、どうしても商品を確保したいという事で発注を頂きました。
弊社が、取り扱う商品は代理店で取り扱いをしている商品だと言っています。
以前、靴を納品した時は、下げ札を加工した商品で納品しました。
弊社の取り扱いをしているブランドの条件は、いつも商談の際に説明をしています。
本日、再度　弊社は返品も返金もできないことを伝えました。
彼は、下げ札の加工が、悪いのでクレームを言って、商品の割引きを希望しています。

Today, we have told him that we can neither return the products nor refund.
