この商品について、Pearlの糸の刺繍を依頼したが、着いた商品にはBlueの糸の刺繍が入ってた。
こちらにこの商品の在庫が1点あるので、我々が刺繍を入れることにする。
刺繍カラー間違いの商品分の返金をして下さい、
枕カバーには刺繍が入ってたが、布団カバーには入ってなかった。
すぐに納品したいためこの商品も我々が刺繍を入れる。
ただその場合、フォントに微妙な違いがあるため、新たにピローケースにも刺繍を入れ直さなければなりません。
既に受け取っている刺繍入りの枕カバーは返金してもらえますか?
Regarding this product, I requested an embroidery with a pearl string, but received was a product with an embroidery with a blue string. We have one inventory of this product here, so we pretend that we put the embroidery.
Please issue me a refund for the product with the wrong embroidery color.
The pillow came with an embroidery but the bed cover did not.
We will also put an embroidery to this product as we would like to delivery it ASAP.
However in that case, there will be a subtle difference in its font, we will need to do the embroidery to the pillow case as well.
Would you repay me for the pillow cover with the embroidery we have already received?
