この商品について、Pearlの糸の刺繍を依頼したが、着いた商品にはBlueの糸の刺繍が入ってた。
こちらにこの商品の在庫が1点あるので、我々が刺繍を入れることにする。
刺繍カラー間違いの商品分の返金をして下さい、
枕カバーには刺繍が入ってたが、布団カバーには入ってなかった。
すぐに納品したいためこの商品も我々が刺繍を入れる。
ただその場合、フォントに微妙な違いがあるため、新たにピローケースにも刺繍を入れ直さなければなりません。
既に受け取っている刺繍入りの枕カバーは返金してもらえますか?
I requested the embroidery of pearl thread for this item, but the item I received the one with embroidery of blue thread.
As I have one inventory of this item, we will put the embroidery.
Please refund me for the part where color of the embroidery was wrong.
There was the embroidery at pillow case, but no embroidery was at the cover of futon.
As I want to deliver it to the customer immediately, we will put the embroidery on this item.
However, in this case, as there is a small difference in font, we have to put the embroidery at the pillow case again, Would you issue me a refund for the pillow case where the embroidery is put that I have already received?
