君は入札の前に商品を確認する機会が何度もあった。私はこの商品を日本の店頭で購入してあなたに販売した（代理購入）。私はその店に返品をお願いしたが、店に断られた。だから私もあなたの返品を受ける事はできない。
（ebayで即決販売した場合手数料が12%かかる事も返品できない理由の一つ）。今回の取引で私は一つもミスをしていない。落札者のミスで返品を受け付ける事は良心だが必須でない。それでも君はミスをしていない私に悪い評価をつけるのなら残念だが仕方がない。
You must have had a few opportunities to check the item before bidding. I bought the item from a retail store in Japan in order to sell you (substitute purchase). I requested the store for a refund but they refused. Therefore, I can not accept your request to return the item either.
(In addition, eBay charges a 12% commission for "Buy it Now" option that is another reason I can not accept the return.) I did not make any mistake on this transaction. It is conscionable to allow a buyer's error but it is not a requirement. It is a disappointment for me but you may give me a bad rate.
