今一度、中を確認して下さい。梱包材は入っていると思います。
けれど、フロントパネルのはじの部分に圧力が加わり
今までに2回以上、パネルが曲がって届いています。
フロントパネルの両隅の部分に衝撃が加わったり
投げ出されても可能なように、充分な保護をして下さい。
貴社の通常のやり方では、だめです。
ご面倒をかけすみませんが、これ以上被害を受けないためにも
細心の注意をして下さい。

Please take sufficient protection means to avoid any damage, even if impact is applied to the both ends of the front panel or the package is thrown out during the transportation.
Your conventional means of packaging is not sufficient.
