I am very sorry for inconvenience about refund this time.
You are not be charged if you cancel before shipment because Amazon has system to charge from credit card after product shipment.
If you use debit card or gift card for purchasing, it might take a few days to refund sometimes.
But I can't know detail status here, so please call for card company or Amazon customer support.
