楽天のクレジットの場合一部金額のみ請求ということができませんので、商品が戻ってきた10月3日に一旦、8055円の請求をキャンセルさせていただき、新たに送料を追加した10415円を再請求させていただきました。
8055円の方はお客様のカードの締め日や会社によって違いますが返金か、相殺の手続きとなります。
詳しくは13日以降くらいにご契約のカード会社の方へお問合せください。
