日本のデパートで販売する場合、証明書がないと販売ができないためです。

必要な証明書は下記になります。
1、ダウンクラスター比率（ダウン率証明のため）
2、グレーダウン混比率（ホワイト羽毛の証明のため）
3、グースダウン比率（グースダウン証明のため）
4、産地証明書（ヨーロッパ産証明のため）
5、品質表示タグの内容（裏表の写真でも可能）

Regarding the below feather product, could you get the certification of production area etc?
In case that we sell the product in Japanese department store, we can't do without the certification.

The necessary certifications are as follow.
1. Down Cluster rate (to certify the ratio of Down)
2. Gray and Down blend ratio (to certify white feather)
3. Goose and Down rate (to certify Goose and Down)
4. Production area certification (to certify the products made in Europe)
5. Quality labeling tag's content ( the photo of back and front are available)
