２）動画素材のどの部分を今回使うのか？事前に明確にする必要があります。今回動画素材の流用に関して、
動画に登場している役者さんには、別途２次使用料金を支払う必要があります。
３）編集した素材を何時から流すのか？　どの媒体で流すのか？　国はどの範囲でながすのか？
事前に本社に確認を取る必要あります。不明な点がある場合は、質問ください。
