前回　送っていただいた請求書を送って頂けませんか。請求の価格は、消しする事に問題ありません。
ブランドの規模が小さくて、東京に営業所を持つ必要がありません。全てのお客さんが、添付ファィルの品番での発注しか興味がありません。 靴箱を２個追加したいので、最終数量は５個になります。納期が指定されての発注なので、必ず守ってください。
今回、余計にかかった倉庫費用は、次回の請求の時支払う形でも宜しいでしょうか。

This is packing-list, isn't it? Would you send me the bill that you sent me last time? It isn't a problem to conceal the price. It's pointless to have a branch in Tokyo since the brand is small scale. I'm only interested in every single customer and what they bought from the list in the attached file. I'd like to order two more shoes case, and therefore, the final number is five. Please note that the delivery date is appointed; be on time.
On the subject of expenses that is wasted apart from our expectation, is it ok to charge you in the next bill?
