こちらの注文で不良が見つかり7月の中旬頃メールで問い合わせた際に
商品代の50%と税金を3から5営業日で返金して頂けるとのことですが本日確認した所まだ返金されておりません。
しかし、受け取った商品を確認したところSilverの刺繍が入っていました。
返金希望します
刺繍の文字の縁の部分に問題があります。
白の下糸が布の表側に出てきてしまっているため、青い文字が汚く見えてしまいます。
いつも送ってもらっている刺繍文字と比べても、仕上がりが悪いです。
もっと綺麗に縫ってもらうことは出来ますか?
We found a defective item among this order, and we were told that 50% of the amount of money of item price and the tax would be refunded to us in three to five business days when we made inquiry by e-mail. But today I confirmed that it is no refunded yet as of today.
But, when I reviewed the item which we received, I noticed that silver embroidery was put there.
I would like you to issue a full refund.
The problem resides on the edge of the characters in the embroidery .
As the white thread is seen from the front side of the item, the blue characters do not look beautiful any more.
When I compare the characters in the embroidery with the one which you usually sent to me, I can realize that the quality is lower.
Would it be possible for you to make embroidery more beautiful and more carefully?
