この前注文した商品が届き、スタッフが全て検品を終了しました。
今回もガラスの割れが6個ありました。
配送会社に伝えたところ、発送者側からの申し出ではないと商品の補填がされないようです。
あなたの方から配送会社(TNT)に商品破損があった旨を伝えていただけますか？
あたなの方から連絡すれば、配送会社が必ず補填をしていただけるようです。
毎度のことだと思いますが、本当に困ります。
このままですと新品として販売ができません。
早急に対応をいお願い致します。

The items you ordered arrived, our staff inspected them all.
I found 6 units got cracked glass this time again.
I told delivery company about that, they told me if shipper didn't ask they don't reimburse.
Would you tell to the delivery company(TNT) that items are broken?
Then the company will definitely reimburse.
It happens all the time but it bothers me so badly.
I cannot sell them as new product.
Please come back to me as soon as possible.
