この前注文した商品が届き、スタッフが全て検品を終了しました。

今回もガラスの割れが6個ありました。


配送会社に伝えたところ、発送者側からの申し出ではないと商品の補填がされないようです。

あなたの方から配送会社(TNT)に商品破損があった旨を伝えていただけますか？


あたなの方から連絡すれば、配送会社が必ず補填をしていただけるようです。



毎度のことだと思いますが、本当に困ります。

このままですと新品として販売ができません。


早急に対応をいお願い致します。

We received the items we had ordered the other day, and our staff members completed inspecting all the items.

We had six broken glasses again this time.
