“Request for use of the defective product”
A surface defect was seen for the product we made delivery to you. Here we report our examination result for this case.
The defect prevails from one edge to 100 mm inside part of the relevant lot product.
This defect (deflection) is due to slack of the material.
On heat pressing, surface deflection disappears.
The quality standard for its specification form delivered is satisfied.
We would like you to continue using this product as it is.
