ライトがお客さんから苦情を言われて返品されました。
LEDライトが薄暗いオレンジ色で、サンプルでもらった明るい白いライトではありませんでした。
これは古いロットですよね？最近のロットは改善されているのでしょうか？

輸送時に箱が潰れたものが７つありましたが、全部中身を開けて確認すると、すべて薄暗いオレンジ色のLEDでした。
このままでしたら、アマゾンで継続して販売出来ず、両社にとっても良くないです。
なにかしらご対応おねがいできませんでしょうか。もし返品の必要があれば、すぐに送ります。

There were seven boxes crushed during transportation, and we opened all boxes and found they were all the dim orange LED lights.
