高血圧の薬をもらいに病院に行きたいのですが、そろそろ日本から持ってきた薬が無くなってしまうので、詳細を相談したく思います。あらかじめ医師の予約が必要なのでしょうか？病院の行き先も分からないし、電話での通訳を介してお話しをしたく思います。スケジュールを立てて頂けないでしょうか。

I want to visit a hospital to get some medicine for high-blood pressure because I am running out of the medicine I brought from Japan. I think I need to consult a doctor about it in detail.
