申し訳ございませんが、弊社の物流倉庫が夏季休業期間でございまして
日本から発送できますのが８月17日となります。
そこから税関を抜けて、配達先に届けられるまで少し時間がかかると思う。
申し訳ございませんが、お届け希望日に商品を到着させるのは困難かと思います。
製品は8月17日に日本から出荷させていただきますので何卒よろしくお願い致します。

We are sorry that our distribution warehouse is in the middle of summer vacation, so we can make shipment out of Japan on August 17th at the earliest.
After the shipment, it would take some more time to clear customs inspection, and to be delivered to recipient's address.
