Result of tracking number is that the item is not in Japan anymore, and it has not been recorded after it was sent from Japan.
As it was sent from Japan on July 4th, I am sure that it is in your country.
As it is not notified to you even if it is stored sometimes, would you ask your nearest post office at first?
If I contact from Japan, it take 30 days at maximum to receive their reply.
