早速代金のご連絡を頂きまして、ありがとうございます。
提示された金額をPaypalで支払おうとしたのですが、支払いが弾かれてしまいました。
Paypalカスタマーサービスへ問い合わせた所、一時的なセキリュティチェックに当たっていて、支払いが出来なくなっているとのことです。
解決策として2−3日待って再度支払いを試せばセキュリティチェックに当たらずに済むだろうとの事ですので、代金の支払いが少し遅れます。
ご迷惑をおかけしますが、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

I appreciate that you contacted me for price outright.
I tried to pay the price which you presented with Paypal, however the payment got rejected.
I made an inquiry to customer center of Paypal, according to them, it's against temporally security check, and payment can't be conducted.
As for a countermeasure, I think if I will do payment again after waiting for a couple of days, the security check won't be against, so my payment will be a bit delayed.
