返信が遅くなり申し訳ございません。
こちらでの検討の結果、用語Xに対する定義の記載に関して、特に異論なしという結論に至りました。ちなみに、当該用語に対する定義が確定した後は、現在「current」になっている「ABC」という用語は「non-current」になると予想していますが、この認識に間違いはありませんでしょうか。
用語Xに対する日本語訳については、多少の議論が必要と思われますが、日本国内に限った問題ですので、ご心配は要りません。またお目にかかれます事を楽しみにしています。

After we reviewed the description of the definition of term X, we concluded that there is no objection against it. Incidentally, is my assumption right that the term "ABC" would be "non-current" after the definition of the corresponding term which is now "current" is finalized?
Regarding Japanese translation of term X, it might need some more discussion, but you do not have to be worried about it because it ii limited within Japan domestically. I am looking forward to seeing you again soon.
