アマゾンもあなたからの商品の返送が確認でき次第、対応をするとの事ですのでまた何かありましたら連絡します

電話を頂きましたが私は英語が得意ではないので間違いを無くすためメールでやり取りさせて下さい
顧客は注文したAを受け取っておらず間違った商品を受け取ったので返送したと言っています
また私の在庫はなくなったままですのでFBA倉庫のどこかにあるのかもしれません
とりあえず顧客から商品の返送があったら状況を教えてください

I got a call but I am not that good at English so to avoid any misunderstandings, let us keep in touch through emails.
The customer says that he/she didn't receive the item A which he/she ordered,and received the wrong item instead so he/she returned it.
Also there is no stocks on me so I think it may be somewhere in the warehouse of FBA.
Anyways,please let me know the situation as soon as you get the item back.
