この旨をショップに問合せたところ、内容が不明な返答しか来ないためこのような文面を送る次第です。

7月9日に発送したのは確かですか？
Royal mailは追跡が行えませんが、何かそちらでできることはあるのでしょうか？
これ以上進捗がないのならAmazonを通じて、注文自体をキャンセルします。

I can’t understand the reply regarding the item isn't delivered.
Is it sure that it was shipped on July 9?
Royal mail doesn’t have tracking delivery system, but, is there anything you can do at your side?
If the situation will not develop, I will cancel the order by via Amazon.
