7月9日に発送したのは確かですか？
Royal mailは追跡が行えませんが、何かそちらでできることはあるのでしょうか？
これ以上進捗がないのならAmazonを通じて、注文自体をキャンセルします。

I can't understand the meaning of the reply regarding the product not arriving very well.
Are you sure it was sent on July 9th?
The Royal Mail cannot track it, but isn't there something they can do regarding that?
If you cannot make any progress beyond this, cancel the order itself through Amazon.
