ベトナムの他の工場でも以前貴方に渡した書類で輸入が出来ています
貴方からリストをもらいましたが、日本はベトナムと反対で使用したら駄目なリストしかありません
あと商品価格につきまして私達は急な値上げに困惑しています
販売先にも値上げを言うと取引きが無くなる為報告が出来ません。私達は対応に困っています。

I am now confirming with the pharmaceutical corporation if there is any document which I can hand to you regarding the topic.
We could import the additive with the document which I handed to you before for the other factory in Vietnam before.
I got the list from you, but in case of Japan, we only have the list describing the prohibited drugs contrary to Vietnam.
Also, we are quite embarrassed with the rapid increase of the price regarding the item price.
We cannot report to the retail shops because we would lose the deal if we tell about raise of price to them. We have no idea what to do about this.
Please make shipment not on September 15th, but as soon as possible in order to be in time for our plan. Also please make reservation for air ticket, accommodations, and the interpreter.
