お返事の内容が雑になってしまい申し訳ないです。質問を頂いたとき、私は丁度運転中でした。日本では運転中のスマホ利用は厳しく禁じられており返事が遅くなりました。また私はあまり英語が上手くないので、翻訳サービスを使いこの文を書きました。今一度整理しますと、EMSでは追跡番号と紛失の際の補償が付き、4～7日程で届きます。航空便（SALを利用予定です）の場合、追跡番号は付きますが補償はなく、1～2週間かかります。もしEMSを希望なら、お客様は今回限り特別に10ドルの追加で承ります。
