We received information from Food Safety Department(VFA), they advised that they need some documents for SE10

Ingredient of Aluminium Potassium Sulphate – E522 don’t allow in seafood in rule of Thai , they allow in food only not seafood , there is a ingredient of Aluminium Potassium Sulphate – E522 in SE10



So we need you help here , could you please give us the proof of using this food additive (SE10 or Aluminium Potassium Sulphate ) for seafood in Japan market ?

食品安全課（VFA）から情報を受け取りました。SE10のために必要な書類があるそうです。

タイの規制では、硫酸アルミニウムカリウムの材料E522は魚介類には使用できません。食品には使えますが魚介類は不可です。SE10には 硫酸アルミニウムカリウムの材料が含まれます。


そこでお願いしたいのですが、日本の魚介類市場用のこの食品添加物使用証明書（SE10または 硫酸アルミニウムカリウム）をご提供いただけますか？
