We always make refund after receiving returned item in case of initial failure.

We wanted you to return it when you found initial failure.

However, you disassembled the bike at your own judgement before we (manufacturer) our judgement.

If there is no receiver unit and battery, we will make full refund.

In that case, please pack the item in original box and return it.

Unless it is packed in original box and bike is in original condition, we cannot return it to the manufacturer.

If there is no receiver unit and battery, can it not be repaired locally?
