中古品のヘッドと思われる商品が送られてきました。
すべてのヘッドを交換してください。

写真の通りすべてのコードに傷があり
また錆や汚れも目立ちとても新品には見えません。
ヘッドにへこみがあるものも２つございます。

ヘッドは全て返品しますが送料はそちらで持ってください。
後程paypalで請求します。
不良品を送られて返品時の国際送料を払うのは納得いきません。


ヘッドをお送りいただけないのであればクレームとして申請いたします。

以前ヘッドに傷、錆、へこみがありましたので
必ず検品後にお送りください

They have sent us used heads. Could you please replace with new ones?

As can be seen from the attached photo, all the codes are damaged, so they do not look like new products. There are also two heads which have bents.

I will send these heads back to you, but could you pay the postage? I will charge you via paypal. I am not happy that I had to pay the international postage for the fraudulent products.

If you will not send the new heads, I will lodge an official complaint.

As the ones you send to me had damages, rusts and bents, could you please examine the quality of the new heads you will send to me?
