中古品のヘッドと思われる商品が送られてきました。
すべてのヘッドを交換してください。

写真の通りすべてのコードに傷があり
また錆や汚れも目立ちとても新品には見えません。
ヘッドにへこみがあるものも２つございます。

ヘッドは全て返品しますが送料はそちらで持ってください。
後程paypalで請求します。
不良品を送られて返品時の国際送料を払うのは納得いきません。


ヘッドをお送りいただけないのであればクレームとして申請いたします。

以前ヘッドに傷、錆、へこみがありましたので
必ず検品後にお送りください

The item which seems to be an used head has been sent to me.
Please replace all of the heads with new ones.

As the picture shows, all of the codes are damaged, and there is significant rust and dirt so that it never looks like a brand new item.
There are two items whose head has dent, as well.

We will return all of the heads to you, but please cover the shipping fee.
We will charge you via PayPal later.
We are not convinced with that we should cover the international shipping fee, after receiving the defective items.

If you do not send the head, we will submit a claim against that.

We found some scratch, rust and dent in the head last time, so please make sure to send them after you thoroughly inspect them.
