今回、御社の名前を全く名乗らない全くもって知らない人が私のアパートを来訪し、その人と２人でひとつの部屋に入ったことに対し私は恐怖さえ覚えました。

以上、顧客の立場から御社が顧客サービスをないがしろにしていると考え連絡をさしあげた次第です。御社は顧客第一の立場をとっているのにとても残念でなりません。
