総務部ICTグループでは、ICカード(SUICAやPASUMO)を利用した交通費精算システムを検討しています。
検討の目的はICカードの中にある交通経路データを使って交通費精算にかかる作業時間(経路検索や入力)を軽減し生産性を上げる事です。
イメージとしては、カードリーダー(ICカードの中身を読み取る装置)を使いクラウドにあるシステムへ自分のデータを転送します。転送されたデータはWEBで見れるので交通費精算するデータを選択し申請する、という流れになります。

CT group in general affairs department is considering the system of calculating transportation fee by using IC card (Suica and Pasmo). The purpose of consideration is to reduce work time required for calculating the transportation fee by using the data of transportation route in the IC card and increase its productivity.

As its image, by using card reader (device reading content of IC card), we forward his or her data to the system in crowd. As we can see the forwarded data on website, it is a flow where we select the data of calculating the transportation fee and apply it.
