Additional info: お客様への謝罪文です。状況は、商品を発送後に輸送事故で商品が紛失しました。お客様は一方的に取引をキャンセルされて怒っています。必ず別の商品を用意するよう要求されました。

私はお客様の商品をネットで検索し、さらに60以上の店舗に問い合わせましたが新品はありませんでした。
ある店舗では、中古で状態の良いと言われたものを買いましたが、お客様にお届けするには
あまりにもひどいコンディションでした。現在お客様にお届けできる商品は残念ながらございません。
しかし、お客様のご要望に応えたいと思います。
新品が見つかり次第ご連絡いたします。
どうかご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

I searched the product on the internet and asked over 60 stores but I couldn't find new product.
One store told me that they have second hand product with good condition so I bought it but it was totally not
good condition to send you. At the moment unfortunately I don't have the product I can send you.
However I would like to meet your demand.
I will let you know when I find new product.
