Both the dealer and I inspected the guitar, all sides, front, back, headstock, it was immaculate. I wouldn`t have sent it to you w/ these imperfections. This is shipping damage. It`s inconceivable how this could occur, but regardless, the guitar left here in pristine condition. I am going to file a USPS claim on this guitar. I`ll order another 814 this morning. Is the box in a condition where it can used to return? Hold off shipping back for now; I`m going to get return instructions from the P.O.
