一ヶ月ほど前に、パワーメーターの蓋が割れてしまい御社のお問い合わせフォームで問い合わせた所、割れた蓋の写真を送ってくれとのことでしたので接着剤で補修した蓋の写真をお送り致しましたがその後連絡がありませんでした。
どうなりましたでしょうか？

And I sent the picture of the lid which is repaired by glue to you, but I have not received anything from you yet. Can you tell me about the current status?
I am going to make payment for the lid. Can you please send a new lid to me?
