2.今後、同じミスを起こさないように、どのように行動するか。
今までは出品後、一度チェックするのみだったが、今回の事を踏まえて、スタッフ全員が出品するときに再度目を通し、
出品する前に1品ずつ日本の封鎖された出品者と同じものを出品してないか2重、3重にチェックすることを義務付けます。
そのためのスタッフも新たに雇い、同じ間違いを2度と起こしません。

2. How we will prevent the same issue from occurring again
When we listed an item, we reviewed it once only.
