2.今後、同じミスを起こさないように、どのように行動するか。
今までは出品後、一度チェックするのみだったが、今回の事を踏まえて、スタッフ全員が出品するときに再度目を通し、
出品する前に1品ずつ日本の封鎖された出品者と同じものを出品してないか2重、3重にチェックすることを義務付けます。
そのためのスタッフも新たに雇い、同じ間違いを2度と起こしません。

2. How we can act without making same mistakes now on.
We only checked once after listing before, as we consider this incident, I will make sure all our staff go through the items again upon listing and make it mandate to check twice or three times on each product whether we are not listing the same items as Japanese blockaded sellers list.
To do that, I will hire new staff and promise not to make same mistakes again.
