届いた商品（○○）のデザインを確認するために、2ドルを支払い写真を確認してみました。しかし、商品パッケージの側面しか写っておらず、デザインを確認することができません。パッケージの正面の写真を撮影して送っていただけますか？ご連絡お待ちしています。
