MonthlySummaryレポートに記載の金額から、Amazon_Fee_invoiceの合計金額をどのように算出できるのか教えてください。
２０１５年の１０月と１１月分のレポートを添付します。


１２月以降のレポートだと下記の計算式で両者の数字が一致するのですが
１０月と１１月は数字が合いません。
計算式に誤りがあるのでしょうか？
