いつもお問合せ、お買い上げを頂き誠にありがとうございます。お問合せの商品は日本で既に発売され出回っていますので、入手可能です。ただ残念ながら、日本郵便の料金が6月1日付で値上げとなり、低価格帯の種別が廃止になってしまいました。これまで12ドルで発送できたものが20ドルかかってしまいます。商品価格、手数料と合わせて28ドルかかりますが、差支えないでしょうか。通常の書留郵便は値上げされておらず、こちらを利用の場合は10ドルで発送可能です。普段私の英語が上手くなくて恐縮です。

However, Im afraid to say that they have increased the price of Japanese postage as of June 1st, so we changed the prices. It costs not 12$ but 20$ now. After all, the commodity prices and a charge is 28$. This prices is permissible for you? However, they have not increased the price of register and the costs is 10$.
