いつもお問合せ、お買い上げを頂き誠にありがとうございます。お問合せの商品は日本で既に発売され出回っていますので、入手可能です。ただ残念ながら、日本郵便の料金が6月1日付で値上げとなり、低価格帯の種別が廃止になってしまいました。これまで12ドルで発送できたものが20ドルかかってしまいます。商品価格、手数料と合わせて28ドルかかりますが、差支えないでしょうか。通常の書留郵便は値上げされておらず、こちらを利用の場合は10ドルで発送可能です。普段私の英語が上手くなくて恐縮です。

I can obtain it. I hate to say, but Japan Post raised the fee on June 1st and abolished type of item at low price.
The fee of 12 dollars went up to 20 dollars. Price of the item and the fee are 28 dollars in total. Is it all right for you. Fee of registered mail has not been raised. If you use it, I can at 10 dollars. I feel sorry that I am not good at English.
