東京の新たな注目スポットとなっている立川。実は、立川は都内有数の餃子の街でもあります。立川駅周辺には昭和4年創業の超老舗店から変わり種餃子を出すお店まで、餃子店数十店が立川駅周辺に集結しています。

昭和4年に創業した四つ角飯店は、立川でも最も古い中華料理店の一つです。四つ角飯店の餃子は、やや厚めの皮に丁寧に豚肉と野菜のバランスが良い餡が包まれています。

Tachikawa is becoming a new sightseeing spot in Tokyo. You see, this is one of the most well-known towns for gyoza dumplings. There are tens of stores specializing in the dumplings around Tachikawa Station; one of the opened in 1929, and other stores offer unique menus of the dumplings.

We will introduce four most impressive stores in Tachikawa among a number of the restaurants featuring gyoza dumplings.

"Yotsukado Hanten Restaurant": a Chinese restaurant since 1929.

Yotsukado Hanten Restaurant is one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in Tachikawa as it opened in 1929. The gyoza dumplings at the restaurant has thicker skins and they wrap the mixture of ground pork and vegetables.
