私達は10.5"の商品を12"と取り違えて納品してしまったようです。

本来であれば12"の商品と交換させて頂きたいところなのですが、
こちらの商品はメーカーから廃盤となった商品のため、手配ができませんでした。

Usually, we would replace it with the 12" one, we could not obtain it as it was out of print.
