佐藤さんがあなたの工場に行けるのは13日だけですので、通訳の手配ができましたらご連絡下さい。佐藤さんは通訳者が用意出来たら12日の夜にいつも泊まっているホテルを予約します。そして13日の朝9時にホテルに迎えに来て下さい。その打ち合わせが終わったらすぐホーチミンに戻る予定です。
書類の件ですが、訂正したインボイスとパッキングリストの原本は、打ち合わせの日に佐藤さんに渡して下さい。

The day that Mr. Sato can visit your factory is only 13th, so please let me know if a translator is arranged. Once a translator is arranged, he will book the hotel that he always stay on the 12th at night.
Please come to the hotel on the 13th at 9:00 a.m. to pick him up. He will go back to Ho Chi Minh immediately after the meeting is over.
As for the document, please give the corrected invoice as well as the original packing list to Mr. Sato on th day of the meeting.
