佐藤さんがあなたの工場に行けるのは13日だけですので、通訳の手配ができましたらご連絡下さい。佐藤さんは通訳者が用意出来たら12日の夜にいつも泊まっているホテルを予約します。そして13日の朝9時にホテルに迎えに来て下さい。その打ち合わせが終わったらすぐホーチミンに戻る予定です。
書類の件ですが、訂正したインボイスとパッキングリストの原本は、打ち合わせの日に佐藤さんに渡して下さい。
