金曜午前中までにNY支店に到着した商品しか、日本への飛行機には積めないので、木曜日までには商品を届けて欲しいです。
遅れた場合は、日本への配送が1週間後になってしまうのです。

もし忙しくて出荷が遅れてしまう時期があれば、事前に教えてください。私たちは注文する曜日を調整します。

I want you to deliver the products by Thursday since they have to be packed for the flight to Japan, and only the items that arrive by the morning of Friday can make it.
When the items arrive late, shipping for Japan will be a week later.
