最近、火曜日に注文した商品が木曜日までにNYの支店に到着しないので困っています。
ここ最近の配送の遅れは一時的なものなのですか？

金曜午前中までにNY支店に到着した商品しか、日本への飛行機には積めないので、木曜日までには商品を届けて欲しいです。
遅れた場合は、日本への配送が1週間後になってしまうのです。

もし忙しくて出荷が遅れてしまう時期があれば、事前に教えてください。私たちは注文する曜日を調整します。

Recently, I am embarrassed because the item I ordered on Tuesday does not arrive at the branch in New York by the end of Thursday.
Is recent delay of the delivery just temporal one?

As we cannot load the items which we receive by Friday morning on the airplane flying to Japan, we would like you to deliver the item by the end of Thursday.
If they are delayed, the delivery to Japan would be one week after.

If there is some period when you are too busy to make shipment without delay, please let me know in advance. Then we will adjust the day pf the week when we place an order.
