最近、火曜日に注文した商品が木曜日までにNYの支店に到着しないので困っています。
ここ最近の配送の遅れは一時的なものなのですか？

金曜午前中までにNY支店に到着した商品しか、日本への飛行機には積めないので、木曜日までには商品を届けて欲しいです。
遅れた場合は、日本への配送が1週間後になってしまうのです。

もし忙しくて出荷が遅れてしまう時期があれば、事前に教えてください。私たちは注文する曜日を調整します。

These days, items we order on Tuesday do not arrive at NY branch by Thursday and this is causing us inconvenience.
Are these delayed delivery which happen these day temporary?

We can only load items which arrive at NY branch by Friday morning to flight to Japan, so we'd like you to deliver items by Thursday. In case of delay, delivery to Japan will be 1 week later.

If there are times you are busy and shipments are delayed, please let us know in advance. We will adjust dates of order.
