私は最近、医者から重度の脂肪肝と診断されてしまい、真剣にダイエットに励んでいます。
目標は１０Kgの減量ですが、なんと１ヶ月で5Kgの減量に成功しました！
まだまだ減量を頑張りますが、お互い体は大切にしましょうね

さて、以前メールにて送らせていただきました資料ですが、いかがでしたか？
今回は日本市場に対するご意見ご判断を伺いたかったので、あえて私の主観は抜いたシンプルな内容にしましたが、内容が薄かったでしょうか

As I was told that I am suffering from serious fatty liver by a doctor, so that I am seriously dieting.
My goal is to reduce my body weight by 10Kg. But, surprisingly, I have achieved loss of weight by 5Kg in one month!
I will keep trying do diet, but let's take care of ourselves each other.
